WebIf I understand correctly, the grapple check is an "Attack" (because the Grapple action has the attack trait), but the check is not an "Attack Roll". If you have a Multiple Attack Penalty, that would apply (because the Grapple action is an Attack). Being Prone gives you a -2 to attack rolls, but I don't think this is an Attack Roll.
