Given a proper overhaul like the Standards received after Pearl Harbor (I will admit that was more of an Industrial Flex than anything else), they would be pretty effective. Only problem is their speed and those 13.5s that they got hit like a ton of bricks (as long as they are the Greenboy Shells).
