This could be a quick temporary or permanent repair as some sections of the metal lines terminate into transmission cooler hoses. Not sure if the corrosion present warrants a replacement as it does not appear to be leaking at the moment. It is one piece, a combination steel braided/crimped steel tube, about 5 feet long with about 30 factory bends.
